If ever anybody offers you a chance to listen to Jeremy Gardiner speak, grab the opportunity. He is factual, to the point and leaves you dazzled. Unlike JP Landman, who does not have a negative bone in his body, Jeremy will tell you when things are bad and need work.
Unfortunately, Covid has forced us rely on Zoom conferences and short notes, not as good as the real thing, but Jeremy’s latest note is a good, quick read. Natalie has attached it below for your reading pleasure.
JP Landman gave a Zoom conference this week and a member of the audience asked if he could say “just one negative thing” during his talk. JP really struggled to say something negative, much to the amusement of his co presenter. Eventually JP declared that “population growth has outstripped GDP growth for the past six years. Which is bad for us all”. So even if you force JP to say something negative, it happened in the past.
